The last day of 2011 is here and we are now focusing our attention on new trends, products, attitudes, and possibly complete transformations personal and career wise. I have overall had a great year. I am down 20 pounds, lost my fear of flying (without a fancy class). And found a new passion. For 2012 I am looking forward to meeting new people, growing new and lasting friendships, and making more life-changing habits. Some new things coming in 2012 is a new coffee we can try from Starbucks called Guatemala Casi Cielo I was told this will release Jan. 2. I hear it is a good one so if you are a coffee connoisseur such as myself don't let this crown jewel pass you by. Also everyone is gearing up for spring collections to release, new books to be published and workout trends to flood the masses. I want you to take a quiet moment at some point and reflect on things before the stroke of midnight. I also wish for you the best in your new ventures of 2012 and just remember that all things in due time. Do not approach anything full speed. Take baby steps and watch your wings grow and soar.

Good Morning! Today I want to touch base on one of my favorite subjects, makeup!!! Ok,but not any makeup. I have fallen in love with Mally Beauty and it is the only brand I own. I joke all the time that I need to start an addiction group for Mally Beauty! But here's a question I want to tackle today. Do you wear a "full face" everyday? You know what I mean, the whole arsenal from foundation to bronzer baby. I do and am proud to admit that fact. But I will tell you that if I had to choose a product to not do without it would be Mally Beauty Volumizing Mascara. The best mascara on the market. And ladies I've tried from Dior to Lancome this one is the real McCoy. You can purchase this mascara at MallyBeauty.com or QVC.com. It last all day does not clump or smudge and just gives your lashes a POW! effect. So in the new year approaching I expect to see more vavoom lashes out their ladies! Don't let me be disappointed.

Let's get one thing straight, we can only take so much hype. Once the big day is gone we are still anticipating one major event to wrap up the year, and that is New Years! Today I did venture out into the rain and wind to score my husband the latest copy of Playboy, and to get in some bargains for myself. My husband was not lucky today, but me on the other hand went into the local Soma and scored myself some new bras and panties! How cool is that? I have bought enough coffee to get me through the winter slump and I am just ready to start off on the new year, wipe the slate clean and move forward. I just want to wrap it all up. The BCS championship game, Super Bowl, and any other event that is clinging to 2011. I feel like this may just be my best year yet, and by no means am I in any mood to slow this baby down.

Due to commercialism, stress, in-laws, and the general public I do not look forward to the holiday as in years past. But, this year I decided to take back Christmas! First, I decided to do some donations to a cause that I hold dear. This gets rid of the stress of buying people things they do not need or want. Second, I decided to enjoy things that come around temporarily this time of year. Third, and most important, I try to meditate on the true meaning of this season. You see, I have learned that everything in life is all which we make it. With age does come wisdom, thank God for small favors. It is now less than 2 days from the big day and I am greeting the big day with a smile on my face. For me, this is truly the best Christmas of them all. Merry Christmas to you and yours!
